1. Acceptance
By accessing uzbavto.com or creating a Business account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use UZAVTO on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company. The English text governs. Uzbek translations, if published, are for convenience.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Dealer and Business features are for legitimate automotive traders operating in or into Uzbekistan.
- You must provide accurate company information and keep login credentials confidential.
- We may require verification (KYC / business documents) before unlocking publishing, contact, or membership benefits, as permitted by Uzbekistan law.
- We may suspend accounts that post fraudulent stock, scrape the service, abuse messaging, or harm other users.
3. Marketplace listings
- Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle data, price, Incoterm, location, availability, and media.
- China export listings mirrored via Chehang168 / China Supply remain subject to the exporter’s and Chehang168’s source terms; treat availability as subject to confirmation.
- Prices must be shown with commercial context (Incoterm + place). Misleading “door price” claims without basis are prohibited.
- UZAVTO may moderate, delist, or require edits for policy, legal, or quality reasons.
4. Leads, messages & buy requests
Inquiries, quotes, and messages are tools for negotiation. They do not create a binding vehicle purchase with UZAVTO. Lead records may be stored for the dealer that received them and for platform integrity, fraud prevention, and product improvement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Transactions stay between parties
Vehicle sale contracts, deposits, payment, delivery, registration, and warranties are between buyer and seller (and any service provider they hire). Unless explicitly stated in a separate UZAVTO product agreement, we do not escrow funds or guarantee counterparties.
6. Membership, ads & fees
Paid plans and advertising placements are described in UZAVTO Business / Membership materials. Fees are owed according to the order or plan you accept. Placement inventory is sold as campaign inventory — not as an endorsement of vehicle quality.
7. Acceptable use
- No illegal vehicles, stolen stock, or sanctions-evasion facilitation.
- No fake storefronts, review manipulation, or impersonation of brands / dealers.
- No automated scraping, bulk harvesting of contacts, or malware.
- No content that violates Uzbekistan law or these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
UZAVTO branding, UI, and original content are owned by UZAVTO or its licensors. Chehang168 / 车行168 marks remain owned by their respective owners. You keep ownership of your listing content but grant UZAVTO a licence to host, display, and promote it on the marketplace and ads network.
9. Personal data
How we collect and use personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy and follows the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Personal Data» (ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019), as amended by Law No. 1125 of 26 March 2026 (in force from 27 March 2026). Using the service after you have been shown that Policy is your acknowledgement of the processing described there. Consent screens in the Business workspace, where shown, are additional records of consent.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Market data, landed-cost hints, and news are informational. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or that any dealer, exporter, or service provider will complete a deal.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UZAVTO is not liable for offline contract disputes, vehicle condition disputes, payment failures between parties, or indirect / consequential damages arising from marketplace use. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to UZAVTO for the three months before the claim (or zero if you paid none). Mandatory rights under the Republic of Uzbekistan law are not excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Tashkent have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise. UZAVTO is a B2B marketplace; if a mandatory consumer rule of Uzbekistan nevertheless applies, it prevails over a conflicting clause.
